I will admit, I originally was not going to write a good review as I had made a mistake with my VIN number and I was blaming State Farm for this issue when the DMV came after me for not having insurance. I was so upset about the matter that I even left State Farm and joined another insurance company because I still didn't realize the mistake was the VIN and not the policy itself. The person who caught the mistake and worked hard on fixing it was Ally, and this was no simple task to fix. Not only did she keep me updated on the entire process, but she also told me what I could do to push the issue further and helped relieve so much stress. The day the DMV told me my registration would be suspended I almost cried, but once Ally from Joe Janet's branch started helping me, I was able to put my stress aside and trust that everything would workout by the deadline, which it totally did.
Here's what makes what Ally did even more amazing. The day I received the notice of my suspension, I called the DMV, and let me tell you, the lady I spoke to was super nice but she made sure not to sugar coat anything. She let me know what I needed to do, but still warned me that there was a chance it wouldn't be done as State Farm did not have to make this fix on my account, especially since it was my mistake, and I left them. As someone who was no longer paying them money, they really didn’t owe me this correction. She even admitted that more often than not she’s seen it not be done before, so the fact that Ally still made sure to get it done for me when she owed me nothing was HUGE! Thank you Joe Janet's branch, specifically Ally, for working tirelessly and resolving this issue for me.
